Format your letter or document

Create your document in your preferred word processor. We recommend creating your letter for Mail Merge in Word. If you don’t have Word, just export your document as a .docx file.
Add placeholders to your letter template for the merge fields you want updated. Placeholders are indicated by double parentheses. Like this: << placeholder >>.
Then save your document as a .docx file.

Add your recipient list

Add recipients by uploading a list, syncing with your contact management system or you can add them individually. Make sure you've got the right data for each recipient so your letters can populate seamlessly.

Create your campaign

Within the Dashboard, select add a campaign. Upload your document and match the placeholders with the data fields in your contact list.
Success — the placeholders will be filled with the data from your recipient list.
